3rd Gen 4Runner Captive Nut Bracket

These brackets are meant to insert inside the rear frame of your 3rd Gen 4Runner for your aftermarket bumper or tow hitch. There are 4 factory mounting holes, 2 of which have welded nuts and 2 towards the front of the vehicle that use a bracket similar to this one. These brackets are meant to help those that can no longer use the welded nuts as they may have gotten rusted/ cross thread or want to add these in addition to those 2 welded nuts. These are also available to replace all 4 bolts per side, including the nuts that are welded to the frame. The welded nuts will need to be removed by the customer.

Made out of 11 gauge steel and grade 8 hardware. These come in raw metal.
