VMW Modular Swing Out Tire Carrier - DIY Kit

Assembly Required

Our Modular Swing Out Tire Carrier Kit is designed to give builders the flexibility to create a custom rear swing out tire carrier that fits a wide range of aftermarket bumpers. Precision laser cut and CNC formed, each component features a tab and slot design to simplify assembly and ensure accurate fitment.

The modular upright is fabricated from heavy duty 3/16" steel and features multiple 1/2" mounting holes and adjustment slots on both sides, creating a highly adaptable platform for mounting accessories, and tire carrier components.

The adjustable tire carrier brackets allow the wheel mount to be positioned for various wheel offsets and tire combinations, helping achieve proper fitment and clearance. The included 2" x .1875" wall square tube is supplied in a 35" length so you can trim and fit it to your specific application.

Multiple add on options are available, including an additional DOM support arm, E3 Machine latch, wedge locking system, and the Ratha Sochenda swing out hinge assembly, allowing you to build the system that best fits your needs.

Premium latch system for secure swing out closure and dependable operation.

Wedge Locking System for E3 Machine Latch

Designed to eliminate movement and provide a tighter, more secure swing out when used with the E3 Machine latch.

Important: The wedge locking system is designed to work only when the swing out arm is positioned approximately 2.75" away from the bumper when closed. If your swing out sits closer or farther than 2.75" from the bumper, the wedge system will most likely not function correctly.
